Forms

To make any of the applications listed below you should go to the Academic Administration Office (Gestió Acadèmica) in your faculty or centre or the faculty or centre that runs the studies for which you are making an application. These documents are in catalan. You have four ways of applying: by going to the Academic Administration Office in person; by mail; by e-mail; by fax. You can apply for official qualifications online at http://sia.uab.cat To make an application you must take your completed form to the Academic Administration Office along with the required documents, or send both the form and the documents by post. In most cases, the application deadlines are set in the academic and administrative calendar approved by the UAB Governing Council, but there are a few processes for which application deadlines are set by each faculty or centre. Furthermore, you can ask for a refund online of a payment you have already made.
