Staff benefits

The UAB has agreed a number of discounts with businesses and organisations for its staff, allowing them to benefit from reductions for services, cultural events and in many retail outlets.

Administration and Services Staff with dependent children that have physical, psychological or sensorial disabilities above 33% may request financial support. The amount varies according to the level of disability:

  • 33%-50%: ¤1 442.43
  • 50%-70%: ¤2 163.64
  • 70%-99%: ¤2 884.86

You must present the following documents to request financial support:
1. Photocopy of ICASS certificate (Catalan Institute for Social Care and Services).
2. Photocopy of family register (libro de familia), which should state the name of the beneficiary, or if applicable, a photocopy of the document stating that you are the legal guardian of the child.
3. The certificat de convivència, which states that you are resident at the same address (if the assistance is for dependents over the age of 18).
