Training resources

The UAB promotes the vocational development and advancement of its employees. For this reason we offer them with a wide range of training programmes, providing them with the training required to meet the new needs in the university community.
Training programmes
 Training mobility programme 

In January 2005 the UAB set up the Training Mobility Programme for the Administration and Services Staff (PAS). The aim is to promote professional and personal development and acquisition of new skills through training courses in different workplaces. There are two versions of the course: internal and external.

Internal course
This version is mainly for administrative assistants, basic administrative staff, and other staff from groups 3 and 4. There are three options in this version: new projects, temporarily unoccupied job position, and exchanges.

External course
This version also has three options: other universities, or public or private organisations; new directives; and training courses organised by other institutions.

Participants in mobility training receive due certification. The Training Unit and the Mobility Training Committee assesses applications.
