| The enrolment process differs depending on the master's degree you are applying for. If you wish to enrol in an interuniversity master's degree which is not coordinated by the UAB, you will need to complete the enrolment procedure at the coordinating university. Please check their website for information. If you wish to enrol in an Erasmus Mundus master's degree, please consult the information offered by the coordinating university on their website. If you wish to enrol in official UAB or interuniversity master's degrees coordinated by UAB, you will need to do the following: 1. Reserve a place To begin the admission process to a master's degree, you must reserve a place in the course and deposit 500 ¤ in payment of the pre-registration fee. The amount will be discounted from the final price of your enrolment fee. In the case that you decided not to enrol in the course, the fee will not be refunded nor can it be used to pay for other courses. Should you not complete the reservation process within the established period, UAB reserves the right to assign your place to another student. Reservation process: Final admission to the master's degree will take place automatically after you present a university certificate enabling you to enrol in the master's degree. Once you have presented your certificate at the Academic Administration Office (Gestió Acadèmica) of the faculty where the master's degree takes place, you can follow the instructions listed above. If you have not presented your certificate you will not be able to finalise the enrolment process and pay the reservation fee. You will nevertheless be entitled to maintain the place you reserve. Once you have presented your certificate at the Academic Administration Office, you can proceed to pay the 500 Euros. Therefore, pre-enrolment dates do not affect students admitted but who have not yet presented all required documents. 2. Tutorial and enrolment You will have a tutorial with the course coordinator who will inform you on the course units you must enrol in. The time and date of the tutorial will be posted in the master's degree's webpage. This information will be made available after 15 June. It is of utmost importance that you read the information thoroughly, particularly in reference to all documents you must present. 3. Enrolment documents Check the list of required documents before you enrol. All required documents must be presented for an enrolment process to continue or for any other type of academic service you may need (certificates, transcripts, change of faculty or university, etc.). All documents must be presented in paper format and according to the legal requirements described in each case.
