Students from Spain:
- Original or certified photocopy of undergraduate degree. Students wanting to enrol for a postgraduate course must have a first degree.
- 2 photographs: one for the student record and one for the student card (students who have studied at the UAB and who have a valid student card will only need to bring one photo).
- Original + photocopy of National Identity Card or passport.
- Enrolment application form signed by tutor or doctoral programme coordinator.
- Bank account details.(*)
- Proof of exemption from fees
(*) For postgraduate and masters studies, payment will not be by direct debit but by credit/debit card or cheque. This should be arranged at the academic administration office (GestióAcadèmica) in the School of Postgraduate Studies (Escola de Postgrau).
Students with foreign qualifications:
In addition to the documents mentioned above, you should also bring:
- (non-EU-citizen student card). If you do not yet have the card you will have to apply for it once you are enrolled.
- Doctoral students: authorisation for admission to doctoral studies signed by the Dean of the faculty that granted your highest level of qualification. This should be done in accordance with the procedure of the Department in charge of your doctoral programme.
Original + photocopy of authenticated degree or diploma, or of official academic certificate attesting it has been granted.
- Original + photocopy of academic transcript of your studies, stating the number of academic years and the courses you took.
