  The University coordinates a potent scientific and technological centre (the Esfera UAB), promotes new business projects, and directs and projects its productive activity towards its socio-economic surroundings by disseminating new knowledge.

• 30/07/2010 First dig stage completed at Sant Pau de Riu-sec
  UAB archaeology students participated in the excavations. The work carried out has unearthed remains of the wall built by Knights Templar living in the area from the 11th to 14th centuries. [+]
