In order to ensure greater transfer of knowledge from the university to society, the UAB, through the UAB Research Park (PRUAB), offers a consultation and support service for the creation of companies.

The business development team needs an initial framework before it can begin developing its project. The Innovation and Entrepreneurial Programme organised by the PRUAB offers teams the opportunity to do this within the UAB, through the EUREKA incubator. Located on the UAB Campus, it offers offices and low equipment laboratory spaces. The building has a micro-incubator for newly created companies whose space requirements are small enough to accommodate 1 or 2 people.
